  Horrible managers and boss , employees always look so mad to be working there and no proper training.They give snarky comments to the employees even when they’re doing their job properly. The rice is always crunchy and when the employee are asking how much longer for the wait time they always say I don’t know.

  My boyfriend and I placed an online order for pick-up that was promised at a certain time. My boyfriend got to the restaurant and waited almost forty minutes before he received the food. Once he got the food, half of the order was incorrectly made. When he told them about it, they corrected part of the order, but did not remake the incorrect item. We also did not receive an item that was supposed to come with the order. We typically order from this Chipotle once a week, sometimes more, and we have had problems before regarding wait times for online order pick-up. I understand waiting a few minutes past the scheduled time, because it can get busy, but he waited forty minutes and was just told that “they’re working on it.” He also observed other patrons getting frustrated that their online orders were not ready. We contacted Chipotle support already and somewhat?? reached a resolution, but this was crazy. He was gone for like 50 minutes for a pick-up that should’ve taken 15 at the most.

  Placed an order online for pickup to be ready at 6:20. Got there and proceeded to wait 40 mins and when I got the order half of it was wrong/missing. Staff up front were doing all they could to serve people coming in but watched the line go by at least 3 times while the online order section in the back took forever with not just my order but all the orders in front of me. Do not recommend and have no interest in going back

  4 out of 5 weeks we've been waiting plus 10 minutes in drive-thru for a meal that was pre-ordered. Unbelievable!.

  Terrible service. I was waiting for them to be done with their conversation. The food was cold too
