- CCCassie3 days ago1.0I pay for the FreshPass membership where employees will shop and the food is delivered to my door. Well, Shaw's uses a 3rd party to deliver and none of them can follow directions. Over the last few weeks, my shopping doesn't start until it's already in the delivery window. Last week I was missing all of my frozen items. All I get is "sorry for the inconvenience". I will say, interacting with the shoppers themselves the through chat in the app has always been pleasant. They get my 1 star. It's everything else that needs improvement.I'm stuck in this membership until the year is up. They do absolutely nothing to improve. They send out report card on themselves that constantly says "we missed the mark" and "needs improvement" and nothing changes. I fill out the surveys and nothing changes. They're not all this bad. I use the Shaw's on Taunton Ave in East Providence. They really don't seem to care at this store.

She's mean very mean employee. I love shopping here but with her here I will take myself right across the street to stop and shop. For bringing her to the store I give this store a zero in every single category.. employees are already complaining about her as sad she's a sad individual person.

The woman working at register as slow as beans I used to be able to use the self out what's up with the new rules? Sorry but I can go across the street to stop and shop and use their self to check out . Used to be a really good store here not no more.
