I am a long time shopper at this store on Taunton avenue but not anymore as of today September 21st 2026 in the last 2 months there has been no shopping carts for the disabled to ride around the store they're not plugged in or they're not working.. a lot has changed I've heard a lot by many employees of the changes now I see why..It's a shame that good people that worked there are leaving or have left. It was nice to come into the store and see that happy face at the register that will no longer be.. With that said hopefully you get your shopping carts back up for the disability people..For me I will shop at stop and shop or travel to super Walmart where they do have the carts that I can drive around the store and feel comfortable shopping in.. The store has gone to shits the employees are not happy anymore. 👎👎

Well, Shaw's uses a 3rd party to deliver and none of them can follow directions. Over the last few weeks, my shopping doesn't start until it's already in the delivery window. Last week I was missing all of my frozen items. All I get is "sorry for the inconvenience". I will say, interacting with the shoppers themselves the through chat in the app has always been pleasant. They get my 1 star. It's everything else that needs improvement.I'm stuck in this membership until the year is up. They do absolutely nothing to improve. They send out report card on themselves that constantly says "we missed the mark" and "needs improvement" and nothing changes. I fill out the surveys and nothing changes. They're not all this bad. I use the Shaw's on Taunton Ave in East Providence. They really don't seem to care at this store.
