Fast service and very kind, it seemed busy inside.
I ordered take out, two pizzas and was a little disappointed that they were so so small for the price. One was a little burnt and the other one was a little chewy. There was very little sauce and very few toppings so it felt like eating bread :(
This a lovely cozy rustic Italian restaurant to have a meal at. We stopped here for dinner and were not disappointed. The staff were welcoming and informative. The menu has many familiar and new to you options that combine fresh ingredients to make flavorful hearty dishes. We were not disappointed with our burrata appetizers. The wood fire pizza is a must have. This is all done in an open kitchen that you can see from your table. We were so satisfied we didn’t have room for dessert, so we will be back to try more dishes and save room for a sweet treat.
The bolognese was bland. I had to ask for grated cheese to give it some taste. My wife's pizza was burnt however, the bruschetta was very good. Saturday night at 5 pm and the place was nearly empty, so... However, the group I was with made for a great time and you can't ask for more than that!

If you are looking for top-tier service and authentic Italian cuisine in East Providence or the surrounding Southern New England area, this is the spot. Our experience at Fiamma was flawless, largely due to Mina. She provided excellent service and genuine compassion the entire time, ensuring our table was attended to with a level of professionalism that is hard to find.
We started with an adventurous appetizer that I would describe as a "must-try": bruschetta-style bread with a rich balsamic glaze, paired with spiced burrata, the softest prosciutto sliced thin, and fresh melon. It was a wonderful, balanced combination of textures and flavors.
For the main course, the Al Forno with shrimp and scallops was perfectly cooked in their signature wood-fired oven. We also ordered the Alfredo with shrimp and broccoli. While the sauce was a bit heavier than my personal preference, the flavor profile was exceptional and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
To cap off the night, I ordered an Espresso Martini. They have what appears to be a very capable espresso machine, and the drink they produced was the most delicious, creamy one I’ve had. It was a definite elevation of the classic recipe—I’m not sure what they used in place of the usual liqueurs, but it was a total win.
In all, everything clicked perfectly. Fiamma is easily a top recommendation for anyone in the Greater Providence area looking for a wonderful atmosphere and a truly great meal.
