  Today would be the second day I went into chipotle and left with no food yesterday I went in there and stood in front of a employee who was newer for about five minutes before he worked up the courage to ask me what I would like he started preparing my order passed it off to the next employee to put my protein on I asked for steak that employee walked away went over to a cutting board and started cutting up a bunch of stakes to put into a container instead of cutting up one or two pieces of steak to put in my tacos. There was no need to prepare all those steaks right there when I’m the only customer in line waiting on the food, I told them forget it and walked out after 15 minutes. Today I walked in there you have four employees one of them standing at the cash register the other ones standing near the mobile order area and the other ones in the back not doing a whole lot not one of them walked up to me to go take my order when I was the next person in line you guys need to pull it together if someone’s sitting there waiting to order drop what you guys are doing and help the next person in line keep the line moving

  If we aren't allowed to choose what goes into our food, why do you even put the ingredients out there? I actually felt intimidated today while trying to order something! When I told your employee what I wanted, she was incredibly rude, and I could see just how reluctant she was while preparing my bowl. I felt like some pathetic beggar asking for a free handout because that is exactly how he treated me. I eat from this brand every single day, and this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. If your employee has a personal issue, she needs to resolve it before coming in to work. I am a paying customer; she has no right to provide service to me in such a manner!

  The place is not clean, and some of the employees are rude + 25 minutes from take out order

  Quick shoutout for going above and beyond to make sure a dietary accommodation could be made today for a customer. From front staff to management, the entire team was very helpful. Thanks again.
