  I would give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve visited multiple times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing. Every visit has involved waiting over 15 minutes for my food, only to receive items that were not fresh. Because of this, I’ve had to report issues through the app several times just to have my order corrected. I’m not looking for free food, I’m simply expecting the level of service and quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of that standard. The staff comes across as unprofessional and shows little regard for customer service. Based on my experiences, this location should not have opened in its current state.

  I don’t even know where to start—Jaisen and his crew at Chick-fil-A are on a completely different level. Every single time I go in, it’s like they’re running a masterclass in customer service. Jaisen especially—dude is unreal. Always locked in, always positive, and somehow remembers people like you’re a regular even if you’ve only been there a couple times. That kind of energy isn’t normal. The whole crew moves like a team that actually cares. Orders are always on point, everything’s quick but never rushed, and they still manage to be genuinely friendly the entire time. It doesn’t feel forced or scripted either—it’s real. You can tell Jaisen sets the tone because everyone feeds off that same vibe. Honestly, it’s rare to see a place run this well, especially in fast food. They make it feel easy, but you know it’s not. Jaisen isn’t just doing his job—he’s elevating the whole place. If every spot had someone like him running things, going out to eat would be a completely different experience. 10/10 every time. If Jaisen and his crew are working, you already know it’s about to be a perfect visit.

  I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Jaisen. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and went above and beyond to create a great customer experience. The atmosphere was just as impressive—clean, well-organized, and very inviting. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything running efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly environment. It made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. Jaisen’s attitude and the overall vibe of this location really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I went to try this Chic Fil A because it is right across from my work and I was amazed at how smoothly it ran. Everyone seemed to be so helpful and positive. Jaisen was the one handling my transaction through the drive thru and he went above and beyond to make this interaction meaningful. I mentioned I loved the frosted lemonade but wish there were more flavors and he was able to add strawberry to mine making it my new favorite drink! Overall wonderful experience and I am impressed by the employees drive to give us the best experience possible. Hard to find workers like that still!

  I recently placed an order via the drive-thru at the new Chick-fil-A location in East Greenwich. Upon returning home and opening the bag, I discovered that part of my order was missing—an admittedly frustrating moment. I promptly called the restaurant, and with receipt in hand, was able to provide the necessary details. To their credit, the team responded appropriately and issued a coupon for a future visit. What truly distinguished this experience, occurred couple of days after. I received a thoughtful call from Shelly of the East Greenwich location, who offered a sincere and gracious apology. Her outreach was neither perfunctory nor obligatory—it carried a genuine sense of accountability and care. She took the time to acknowledge that my experience fell short of their standards and assured me that steps would be taken to better train their staff. It is this level of attentiveness that compels me to leave a positive review. While the initial oversight was inconvenient, Shelly’s professionalism and demeanor transformed the situation into one marked by respect and reassurance. Such follow-through is a rarity and deserves recognition.
