- MJMatthew JohnsonFeb 24, 20261.0Terrible experience. We walked in and let the team know the entrance was solid ice. Several other customers let them know as well. One gentleman slipped and injured himself while we were waiting. The manager told us she's only in charge of the inside, and didn't seem to care. The manager on duty also was screaming and cursing at another employee (another manager based on the raised voices). They continued to yell at each other for the entire time we ordered and waited for our food. Both were also on their phones while handling food. We were embarrassed to be there, so very unprofessional. The only positive was the young cashier who worked around them fighting...she was great. Management needs to go, no one should have to work in that environment.
