- JSJoshua Sanchez1 day ago5.0So yesterday I ordered 2 medium pizzas from this Domino's, and the delivery driver forgot my 2 bottles of Sprite, and in Philadelphia it's a mess to drive. The Asian guy deserves a raise because he came back and brought the 2 Sprites.
- MOMatt Ouellette4 days ago1.0Ordered a large pizza and wings from this location. I live only .2 miles away. With fees and a driver tip, I paid $49. Whatever, that's delivery nowadays so fine. An hour later my food was never delivered. The tracker said the driver was in Lincoln when it vanished and said my order was completed. I called the location and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally, I drove to the location to see where my food was. The manager assured me it was delivered and that they were very busy and only had 2 drivers on shift. I've worked in pizza before. 1 ticket on the board, 1 pizza rolling out of the oven, nothing on the prep line and 2 pickup orders waiting under the heat lamp. That doesn't strike me as busy. I suggested to the manager that she call her driver and see where my order was. The driver returned to the store shortly after stinking like weed, eyes red and said he delivered my food to Central Falls(my street name doesn't even exist in that town). The manager said she would remake the order, but realistically I dont trust that they wouldn't mess with my food at this point. They didn't seem to care at all about robbing me of $49 dollars. I mean shoot I used to deliver pizza when I was 17 and toked when i felt like it. Pre gps days, paper map status. Never ever messed up this bad. You really gotta go out of your way to screw up delivering a pizza and wings like that. Contacted corporate, and they assured me they will contact the local franchise owner to report the problem. I hope they turn this around because messing with people's money like that in this economy is a seriously bad look.

So lets start placed my order all going ok. Gets to delivery the tracking didnt work worth a damn. One min the car was on the map next it wasnt. My husband tried on his app showed in california!!!! The fact or delivery driver went to the wrong house not once but twice!!! Our house isnt that hard to find its on a main road! I wish dominos would switch delivery to the one far closer and id have less damn problems with them!

I placed an order, went to pick it up over 20 minutes before closing (placed the order close to an hour before closing) and the doors were locked. I could see 2 employees cleaning. Knocked a few times, wouldn't even look at me. I asked a driver leaving for a delivery if they do infact close at 12, which is over 20 minutes away from that point, to which he replies yes and tells me to knock harder and leaves. I knock harder, and at this point it seems like they are avoiding me, so I just ended up leaving, as i selected pay in store, and never even got to pay. Absolutely ridiculous locking up almost 30 minutes before closing. Not the first time this has happened here, but it is the first time they outright ignored me.
