The drivers deserve a lot of credit too, especially Natalia and Zach. They’re both super nice, professional, and always make sure everything arrives in great shape. I made an order and It never rewarded me the points I qualified for. I made a complaint form and got a case reference which told me to bring it to the stores attention just to hear that there's nothing they can do. Had a delivery driver give me rude service. They took the Gluten Free option off the rewards system and if they messed up a Gluten free pizza they dont have a Gluten-free option for that now either. Ill be ordering from other places from now on.
