The first time I ordered from this place for delivery, it was a disaster. The first delivery arrived later than stated (though only by 10 minutes or so), tipped the driver, but it wasn’t till they were gone and we opened up our order did we realize that not only was the sub not toasted, but the calzone was completely not what we ordered. We called back and were told that they would fix the problem, and it would be about 12 minutes. We assumed that maybe the delivery driver just grabbed the wrong calzone. After about 25 minutes went by I called back only for them to say it was gonna be another 30 minutes. I asked to talk to a manager, who profusely apologized, and told me he was gonna place a credit towards my next order, which he did
That leads me to the second chance I gave them. I placed a pick up order three and a half hours in advance only to arrive and have them tell me it wasn’t ready yet. Granted I didn’t have to wait that long (8 minutes I was told), but still. After 8 minutes outside (weather was beautiful), I walked back in and guess what? STILL wasn’t ready yet….ended up being another 12 minutes. *sigh*
The real shame of it is that the food is good!… but not worth the headache. I don’t think I’ll be coming back myself… but if you maybe wanna try dining in? Idk… maybe that’s a better experience.

When calling in an order it takes many minutes to get a person because they highly encourage on line orders, which is not my style. I want a person and a name. The bill was 33.25 and yet the charged 38.plus. this was a pick up at the window. 7% tax is 2.35 so the bill should have been $35.60, they must have added on a tip and the my friend decided to give give them even more, not realizing that a tip was already added.. I will be wise to their tricks next time!!

Basic Italian-American restaurant. The DJ was very loud on the night that I was here recently.
