Corey (sales rep) was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process and always provided information quickly and efficiently. Sean (event coordinator) was also extremely accessible and very helpful during the event itself, which made everything run smoothly. Tommy, our bartender in the room, was fun, engaging, and always willing to help. Our guests really enjoyed interacting with him. The buffet attendants were great as well — they made setup easy, allowed me to arrive a little early to decorate, and even helped with the decorating process. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and having the bays separated made the event feel much more exclusive and elevated for our team. Looking back, I probably didn’t need the entire room since part of it ended up being underutilized, but that was my own decision. One area I think could be improved was the logo package I purchased. The logos didn’t seem as polished as I expected, and the sizing appeared inconsistent, so that part felt a little lacking. Overall, it was a very positive experience and our employees had a wonderful time.
