  I go to this McDonald’s all the time because it’s close to my house and it’s very convenient but it never fails. They always mess something up The workers don’t listen it’s just a mess there. I went there today after a long day of work and I got me a six dollar meal With the Mc double but I only wanted one burger I checked to make sure they have everything in the bag. It was cool when I get home and start eating my food and they didn’t put any burger on the bun. It was just bun cheese, pickle and sauce. They didn’t even give me my sweet-and-sour sauce that comes with the meal. I don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s.

  It’s not unusual for something to go wrong whenever I visit this McDonald's, but no matter how much I complain, I always end up going back—simply because it’s close to my house. It’s always a chaotic mess there. Last night, I went to buy two 10-piece orders of Chicken McNuggets, two large fries, and a 4-piece McNuggets Happy Meal. First, they handed me cold fries; then they passed me the two boxes of McNuggets; and finally, the Happy Meal. Both orders of fries were cold, and instead of 10 pieces, they only gave me 9 McNuggets in each box. I went inside to complain, and on top of everything else, they asked me for a receipt—which they hadn't even given me, since it was a mobile order. That place is a total disaster. This time, I really mean it: I’m never going back again.

  Quality has gone way down while prices are going up. My absolute biggest pet peeve though is McDonald’s as a whole because I’ve gone to multiple locations for some reason the staff doesn’t understand an ice cream cone is food you eat? They touch the cone, I’ve had workers so impressed by the cone they made they felt the need to pass it around to the whole staff so 6 people ended up grabbing my ice cream cone with their bare hands. Super disgusting. I go to BK now, cone is cheaper and they understand they are handling your food so one person makes the cone, they don’t bare hand touch the cone and do not pass it around.

  5/4/26 in the morning - the line was so slow. I had already paid through the mobile app and couldn't wait any longer or I would be late for work. I tried to cancel the order since the line was not moving at all and it wouldn't let me cancel! Who has time to wait 25 minutes for an order?? No customer service.....so they basically stole my money. Don't give them your money through the app because you may not have an extra 25 minutes to wait in the drive thru and you'll get ripped off.

  This location has got to be the most ignorant unorganized location in the whole state. Week in and week out this location never fails to amaze me at how absolutely idiotic a location can be run. There's no organization or flow you have to pull aside and wait while 20 other people behind you get their full order long after I've ordered and been there. Food is always missing or incorrect. You have to legit inspect ever piece of food to make sure people actually do their job. Just tonight I had to drive back for missing for just to resize half the food I had at home was also incorrect. Honestly after the real adults of the day crew go home in the afternoon this place turns into a zoo.
