I use my rewards to get free coffees all the time .so I walked into the shop and asked her for a large iced Dunkalatte with strawberry c.f And I explained to the young woman at the register that I would pay for this And get points so I can get a free coffee at my next purchase she said yes, and then proceeded to hit total And did not scan my points. I was a little upset and I had to go to the car to get more change to buy another coffee because I wasn’t able to get my free one. I then asked The same cashier to please scan my points so I can get a future free coffee FYI I have 559 points. I just need a few more to get 600. she again hits total and Then puts her hands on her head and goes. Oh I’m sorry. Maybe you could just do it with your receipt later. Again, I was very upset and I walked off to the side to wait for my coffee thinking this was the end of my experience. No, it was not ,a friend of theirs walks in and orders 4 coffees. I had already been waiting for my second coffee, maybe 3 or 4 minutes they make her Coffees before mine to which I say I have not received my coffee yet Ladies And the cashier then looks at me and goes,Oh yeah, this mocha swirl.
