I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten a toasted bagel with no cream cheese on it, or on the side. I’ve even asked before for the cream cheese to be on it and all I got back was a toasted bagel with literally nothing on it. It’s just insane that every single time I’ve gone I’ve had the same exact issue so it’s really weird

With a little more consistency in service and order accuracy, this location could easily be a solid spot.
