  i’m a Chipotle regular, I go quite a lot. This is my first time at this location, never again, I’ve never had this kind of experience. There was one person in front of me, and I got just a side of chips and guacamole and it took over 10 minutes. There were six workers, all speaking Spanish to each other ignoring us and whenever you said what you want to order they said “ HUH??” They all were chatting among themselves and ignored me and the person in front of me for a long time, I almost left. I want to use the bathroom as I left, and both literally had giant puddles of who knew what on the ground, it smelled and the floor was so wet I had to leave. Giant puddles flooding into the hall. I love it here and I’ve never ever had a bad experience so this sucked. Bald Hill is far better.

  My first impression was I wasn’t welcome. There were at least six or seven people behind where you serve the food. Some staring into space and some with backs turned. No one, I mean NO ONE greeted me. I stood there, not sure who was supposed to take my order. What a weird vibe, do they even want to be here? Finally a lady without any kind of smile, took my order and then I slid to the next person then finally paid. When I say I felt incredibly unwelcome, I’m not exaggerating. This is crazy. No one doing anything, yet I’m an inconvenience when I actually need to order. This location used to be my go-to, they are slipping big time. Lastly, when I filled my ice tea, I noticed that all the other drinks in the clear containers were completely empty! Why hasn’t anyone even tried to refill anything. I mean they were bone dry. Now I’m questioning how old my ice tea is. I’m not even gonna drink it. You know, Chipotle is not cheap. I come here for quality food and expect at least friendly service. You don’t have to hit it out of the park (although having worked in customer service that should be the standard), but at least TRY to make people feel like you want to be there and you want them there. If you don’t like where you work, find somewhere else, but don’t make the customers suffer. What a disappointment.

  I would recommend driving the extra few miles and going to the one on Bald Hill in Warwick. This one ALWAYS jips me on my orders - whether I order in person or online. The portion sizes are always noticeably smaller and they don't follow instructions if you say "extra". Trust me, go to Bald Hill.
