  When you go here look around for cleanliness and ask yourself if your kitchen looks like this. Stop and Shop in Bristol only received one star because it wouldn’t up let me do zero. On Tuesday 7-14-26 the store looked so bare I thought they were being closed down. The cheese department had shredded Parmesan cheese loose after a bag broke and it was under the grated shelf that it sits on. I took a picture of it. On Wednesday it was still there, on Thursday 7-16-26 not only was it still there but more bags of cheese was stocked over it, I swear to you nobody cleaned it up. I took pictures all three days because they hold Bristolians hostage. Today I showed a manager the pictures and we will never shop there again. And I live three minutes from there.

  What a great store, clean and employees were very helpful as well as meats, veggies and fruits looked fresh

  I would give a negative 1 if I could! I placed an order for pickup received an email that everything was available… I checked their app before going to get it and it was showing 9 out of 21 items were available. I canceled the order. I reordered it, everything was allegedly available, got charged for 21 items when only three were correct. And I only received 12 items- they were all THE SAME BRAND OF YOGURT just different flavors!!! How do you screw that up? I have a receipt with the correct items I was charged for but received 12 items, nine of which were incorrect.

  Friendly employees but Delivery and pickup area is always so slow and backed up. Sounds like a scheduling issue or the employees are unmotivated to get the orders done. This is a an every week problem when I goto pick up my orders. Every other stop and shop (Somerset , Fall-river both locations ) are always ready and quick with their customer service but the Bristol one is the odd one out .
