What made the situation even worse was the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff. The restaurant appeared extremely disorganized, and there seemed to be little concern about customers who had been waiting well beyond their promised pickup times. A 45-minute delay on an online order, combined with poor customer service, is unacceptable. This seems like more than just an issue with individual employees—it appears to be a management problem. Staff need proper training, organization, and leadership, especially when dealing with frustrated customers whose orders are significantly delayed. I understand restaurants get busy, but customers should still be treated respectfully and kept informed. This location needs serious improvement in both management and customer service.

In today’s world, that’s a real gem for families looking for something better than overpriced burgers or greasy pizza. I’ve been eating at Chipotle locations around the country since the early 2000s, and this one truly stands out. The food is consistently flavorful, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The team here is genuinely kind, and they sometimes even remember me and ask about my family, which makes the experience feel personal. Great food, great value, and wonderful people—this is easily one of my favorite Chipotle locations.

Also note: when it rains and the floor is wet, it is so slick. Put out more carpet at the door and maybe a sign about wet floors. I fell as soon as I put my foot down on that smooth concrete floor, like it was ice. A wider carpet that spanned both doors would have helped. Not one employee acknowledged that I fell. Teach them how to take care of the space. To potential customers: I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times and never had a good experience with staff, facility, or product. Three strikes.
