- CWChristian WoodsSep 7, 20261.0I have never experienced management at a Dunkin that treats both employees and customers this poorly. I personally witnessed management disciplining an employee in front of customers, which is completely unprofessional and humiliating. Employees should be coached privately, not embarrassed in front of everyone. The manager, Linda, also has an incredibly rude and unpleasant attitude. Every time I come in, she seems irritated, rushes customers through their orders, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. When I finally told her that her attitude was awful and that she needs to find a different job if she doesn’t know how to treat customers respectfully, she told us to leave the store. If you’re a manager, your job is to lead your employees and provide a welcoming environment for customers, not belittle your staff in front of customers and then throw customers out when they call out your behavior. Management clearly needs some serious training in customer service, professionalism, and how to treat employees with basic respect. I won’t be returning, and based on what I witnessed, I’m not surprised if other customers and employees feel the same way. I would love for the owner of this franchise to call this manager out on her unprofessionalism and disgusting behavior.

The staff seemed super rushed and did not really pay attention to the order, so my drink ended up being made incorrectly. The lobby was not very clean, and it felt like there were papers and crumbs left on almost every table. I ended up just taking my drink to go and wishing I had stopped somewhere else for a better start to my day.
