Ordered there new simple item and a Supreme doritos locos taco. Got told instead to straighten my hat as the door closed after paying and had a women hand me crushed and soggy tacos. Would not reccomend. Better off going to Wendys at this point.
First time at and honestly… impressive how fast they made me not want to come back.
We were still finishing our order at the drive-thru (again, FIRST time there), and instead of helping or giving us a second, the employee rushed us like we were on a game show timer. Then when we pulled up, she told us if we weren’t done ordering, we’d have to go all the way around… as if there wasn’t already a long line wrapped around the place.
I totally understand time limits, but I didn’t realize basic patience and manners were optional. The attitude was unnecessary and honestly kind of funny—like, who hurt you?
Great way to welcome new customers 👍
First and last time at .
The drive-thru employee was unbelievably rude for no reason. We were still finishing our order (mind you, it was our FIRST time there), and instead of helping or giving us a second, she rushed us and then told us to go all the way around if we weren’t done. There was a long line, so that made zero sense.
I get that there are time limits, but attitude like that is just bad customer service. Being rude doesn’t make the line move faster—it just makes people not want to come back.
If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The employee rushed us while we were ordering and didn’t even let us finish. Then we were told that if we wanted to continue ordering, we had to go back and start over—even though we hadn’t paid yet. It felt really unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand places get busy, but customers shouldn’t be treated like that. Hoping for better service next time but for sure I won’t be back here in this location
Went to grab food yesterday afternoon and their credit card machine wasn’t reading my card at the kiosk, so I asked a cashier for help. Tried two different cards at the cashier and neither went through. They determined it was a problem with their machine, apologized and gave me an amazing discount for the inconvenience. Which, A, they didn’t have to do at all but B, we, especially my 13 y.o. were extremely grateful for 😊 (Taco Bell for dinner was his idea)
The ladies that helped me were very kind and patient with the situation. Thank you Dani, Laura & Ariel! You made Sunday night dinner a great experience 🥰
