  Food was standard bell food, you always have to wait at the windows or pull around but it was hot. Just outside of North York so atmosphere is not good but not the restaurants fought.

  I have been here a million times and I never got treated so badly in my life by taco bell there employees were making arguments over free items from the tier rewards they figured it out in the end they they were covered by it there system had a hickup but the workers in the back PREFERABLY THE TACO MAKER screamed at my wife not believing her saying !!WE DON'T SERVE WHITE POEPLE !! THINK SOMEONE NEEDS FIRED ALSO THE MANAGER IS ALSO IGNORANT AND DOESN'T STOP THEIR EMPLOYEES FROM SAYING THINGS LIKE THAT ALSO WAS REPORTED TO HEADQUARTERS!!!!

  Extremely shocked and deeply traumatized. We clearly stated multiple times that we are vegetarians and specifically requested that every single item in our order be swapped to beans. Despite these repeated, explicit instructions, the employee failed to make the substitutions. We were served chicken and beef, which we began eating before realizing the serious mistake. As people who have never consumed meat in our entire lives, this is a profound violation of our dietary practices and personal convictions. The physical and emotional distress of ingesting meat served by the employees after trusting both the brand and the staff has been significant. What made the situation even worse was the lack of customer service afterward. There was no meaningful attempt at customer service and no recognition of the trauma caused by this preventable error. We trusted Taco Bell to handle a simple, clearly communicated request. Instead, we received careless service that disregarded our needs and left us shaken. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

  Workers nowadays just can't seem to get the proportions correct. I pop out of my transporting apparatus and quickly stumble thru the dual pane doors. I was very excited, I tip and tap on the glowing square and out comes a piping Mexican delight. "Sammy F." one of the tortilla fabricators yips quietly. I grab some of the complimentary flame packets. I quickly horn swaggle my way into my stupid wheeled box. I immediately notice the proportions of the hexagon are incorrect. I try to correct this with my rubber correctional device. I end up going a little too much and getting some of the dairy and meat innards on my gripping circle. I frantically yelp "OOPS". I ham fist the stupid hexagon onto the payment slab and request a new tortilla arrangement. "Hey these proportions are way off" I pepper at the kitchen manager. They promptly offer a replacement "we are so sorry sir, we are getting right on that" they quickly sprinkled at me. I jumble out "I'll be checking this one". It comes out, I get out my marked metal thing. "Is that a tape measure?" The rabbit engineer brimbles out. I quickly pepper back, "nope its a marked metal thing, no tape in sight." Measurement is .14 stupid things off. I don't bother. "Thanks" I pipple out. I am now spouting out "Sorry for the inconvenience, just make sure to try a little harder next time". The kitchen technicians yip and yap a few times, I ignore them and quickly scramble back into my Subaru to enjoy my heated hexagon arrangement. I am chewing like a rabbit with a heated hexagon. Delightful. However my Subaru has now turned into a poultry and dairy storefront.

  I go to the drive-through and I’m trying to place my order and the order taker. Do you want me to speed up and let me finish with my order? It’s like they are in a hurry for some reason. The order take care was Brelyn A, and a really bad attitude, she throw everything on the back like she doesn’t care about presentation
