- MKManny KeysAug 4, 20261.0Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The pizza I received had raw, undercooked dough, which is a major issue when you’re paying for a meal and expecting it to be properly prepared. What made the experience even worse, however, was the customer service. The manager, along with some of the employees, came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of making customers feel welcome or addressing concerns respectfully, the attitude seemed to be that customers were an inconvenience. The interactions I witnessed and experienced were uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. As someone who is relatively new to reviewing food and restaurants, I try to give places the benefit of the doubt and judge the overall experience fairly. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much positive I could take away from this visit. Poorly cooked food combined with disrespectful customer service is not a combination I would recommend. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality meal and good customer service. Hopefully, management takes the feedback seriously and makes improvements, because customers deserve to be treated with respect and served food that is properly cooked.

- AVAngela ValentinJul 23, 20265.0I used the app to order delivery. When my food came, I realized 2 subs were missing. When I pulled the order up those two subs didn't show up. I figured it was my mistake. So, I tried to order the subs again, this time I was going to go pick them up. However, the app said the specific subs I wanted were unavailable. Weird!! I ended up calling to order the subs. I explained what was happening on the app. Was able to order the subs, pick them up very quickly and come home to enjoy them with the pizza I had already received. The people I spoke with in the restaurant were very friendly. Of the three of us, the subs were showing unavailable on the app on 2 of our phones but not the third. This was also weird. The pizza and subs were both great. The pizza sauce was really refreshing. The flavor was more of a fresh tomato sauce rather than the over seasoned sauce you get on most pizzas. We also ordered a chicken parm sub and cheeseburger subs. The chicken parm was very good. Same sauce as the pizza, plenty of chicken & cheese, the bread was good. I cannot speak on the cheeseburger subs as I did not eat any of those. This was the first time I had ordered from Shakey Jakes in more than 20 years. I will definitely order again.
