  I ordered via the app (as I usually do), and it sent my delivery order to the Manchester, PA location. Odd, but whatever. They called me and the order was canceled. Then I called the White Street spot where the order should have been sent (I checked, my address was in the app as it should have appeared) and explained the issue. What was ridiculous was being asked to pay ten dollars more because they cannot apply "online order" discounts or Papa Dough for phone orders. Well, I wouldn't be calling if the app was working correctly, so the online prices should have been honored. The manager was kind but said she had no way to apply certain discounts (doubtful?), so I said no thank you and ordered from elsewhere (Pizza Hut, and even saved two dollars). That's just poor customer service.

  They source out deliveries to doordash now, took over 2hrs to actually get our food. If I had known it was going to be delivered through doordash I wouldn't have ordered at all.

  Be careful delivery drivers are tipping them self scratch it out or put no tip.

  Horribile my driver drove off without giving me my food right in front of me I’ve never had that happen before will not be giving my services here ever again the driver was in a truck and I hope whoever he is faces punishment for leaving me to starve and disrespecting me.
