  Panera Bread on Queen Street in York never disappoints! The restaurant is always very clean, and the employees are consistently personable and welcoming. My daughter and I ordered ahead using the app while driving to the restaurant, and our wait was minimal when we arrived, which made the experience even better. We both tried the seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken, and it was fantastic! The fruit was incredibly fresh, and everything tasted delicious. A special shoutout to Tammy, who was absolutely phenomenal during our visit. She stayed on top of everything, clearing tables quickly, checking in with guests, making sure everyone had what they needed, and ensuring our food was good. She truly made our visit stand out and was a wonderful part of the experience. We will definitely be back!

  We used to eat here a lot, but the last few times I have been here, it's been disgusting. The food is sloppy. They just throw the orders together and leave them on the counter. The drinks aren't made which I'd be fine with if there were enough cups on the counter. The restaurant is awful. The last two times I was there, the floor is so sticky that my shoes are still sticky when I leave. It looks like soda exploded all over everything. The ice machine is leaky and the drink machine is yucky. There are no napkins. The tables aren't cleaned. The coffee bar has sugar and trash all over it. I chose to order to go on my first order thinking maybe it was just a busy morning and they hadn't had a chance to clean up yet. Today was the same except it also smelled gross. I'll be going to East York or West York. Please fix this because this was a great location. We had school family nights there and we won't be using this location for those either.

  A great place to meet people, enjoy good food and wonderful pastries and desserts! The coffee drinks are good as well. Always a great option to grab bagels for events and family with cream cheese.

  Whoever the old lady is with glasses named jessie shouldnt be in customer service. I waited patiently for a doordash order for about 10 minutes. She kept helping people in tbe line so i asked another associate is the bag i saw my doordash order (i already knew it was because i saw the name) jessie ordered the worker to not talk to me and got completely belligerent with me. I said all i did was ask a question she said he cant do it. I said he cant resd the same name thats on my phone she said nope he cant read at all being a smart alec. She made me wait another 5 minutes just to hand me the bag that i saw was my order. She then told me not to come back. She shouldnt be in customer service. Ill make a complaint everyday until she is repremanded.
