  I visited the restaurant for the 1st time to celebrate my birthday.. on 10/03/26. I have reservations at 5:30. I was left standing till 6:13.. with most people in from on me walking out the door leaving due to the wait.. the wait was just terrible. Without even a host to speak to you.. to let you know you'll be seated soon, or we're beind/short staffed today and or we're always this extremely slow. There was no greeter. only 1 server, 1 bus boy and my experience was very slow overall. If you choose to eat here be prepared to be waiting a very long time to be seated and getting your food, also the food was dry. I will not be returning.

  Ok, so I ordered for pickup , I got the chicken Chesapeake with seasoned rice and collard greens. To start , my seasoned rice was cold … idk what it was seasoned with but salt definitely wasn’t it , it had no flavor . The chicken was still warm , the cream/gravy that is poured atop the chicken had really good flavor but the chicken itself was tasteless , I mean like no flavor at all it’s like whoever made it relied on the gravy to make the chicken more than what it was , and also on top of all that it was a little chewy. The greens was tangy , and had no meat in it . . . What really set me off though was when I went to pick up my food , I go in and this dude come from the back , all serious , no smile or nothing on his face , I tell him my name for the order and he walks away and as he’s coming back with my food he still has this aggressive look on his face that makes you regret even coming . Dude looked like I was inconveniencing him with my presence and I didn’t like that , cuz cool not so cool that money was lost right ? Because I did not enjoy the food at all , But I could had consider something else on your menu next time , but I didn’t feel welcomed , and for me that’s very important .

  Not gonna a lie the food was 5star amazing but the prices. 17.00 for 6 wingetts thats almost 5.50 for one whole chicken wing. Gthoh. Even the black restaurants in DC dont charge that much. So $ was my only issue. I can go to Granny's in owings mills and get 10 peach wingetts bigger size taste just as good for 16.00 so thats my only issue is the $$ will I be back..I dont have a choice. It's either pay this or drive allllll the way to owings mills .. anyway see yall next weekend

  Service was horrible me and my wife waited close to an hour to get our food. People who came 30-40 minutes after us got their food before we did it was excuse after excuse. My wife literally wanted me to cancel our order so we could go somewhere else. Then when our food came the only thing that was hot was the Mac n cheese everything else was cold.

  I been here a lot of times. Mostly on Wednesdays for karaoke nd Fridays nd to sit at the bar nd eat nd drink. Our food always good, times a little slow but nothing too bad. We always get the nice lookin blond girl w tattoos nd she’s the best bartender I had in this area. Funny as shit, drinks are good, strong and quick, she always pay attention so we don’t wait long for drinks even when the bar hella busy. She wasn’t there the last time I was and we had some other white girl who was nice but the drinks took mad long.
