    Ordered a turkey sub with cheese. when i got back to my office and opened my lunch there was no turkey in it. I called and then said they would send a new sub over, never got the new sub

    I asked the person delivering my Jimmy John's to knock on my door in a 3/4 time signature...let's just say she earned herself an extra few dollars' tip. Phenomenal service. Oh and the food's good too.
