    BZ stellar service from Jacob, out of THREE Giants (on hold, hung up on, in h9kd again 8 min-UNSAT), Jacob is the ONLY HUMAN with skills and service minded attitude. I will probably never buy again in a PA Giant though. Completely apathetic- overall - from the stakeholders regarding customer experience.
