  I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees who provided exceptional service during my recent visit. On 4/21/26, at your Giant, Pauline Dr. location, I was assisted by Carter. He went above and beyond by getting the gallon of milk I needed. The freezers to the milk were taped shut because of the painting that was being done and when I asked him if it was possible for me to get a gallon of milk, he didn’t hesitate. He stopped what he was doing and he went straight to the back and got me that gallon of milk and with a smile. I had just gotten out of orientation for a second job and I was tired and this really made my night. Companies (grocery store, retail stores) need more Carters. I hope this feedback can be shared with him and his manager—he truly made a difference. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. Keep up the great work Carter, you’re going to do great things.

  Mary B is incompetent despite being in a seemingly leadership role. We had gift cards that the cashier needed assistance with, but when Mary came over, she was more concerned with the gems on the cashiers nails than helping us. She also typed the gift card number in 5 times without changing how it was entered, giving an error each time (in addition to talking about non-work related topics). The gentleman behind us in line was also getting frustrated at how long this process was taking. Eventually, she decided to move the transaction to the customer service desk, but still tried the same process with the gift card while conversing with a new employee about the weekend. When we asked to just pay and abandon the gift card, she scoffed at us audibly. My wife is pregnant and took offense to this, as she had been standing there for 20 minutes and getting fatigued and sore. I searched online for an internal review, but was unable to find a place to do that. I would appreciate somebody contacting me to discuss this event.

  Like most Giants, well stocked have to buy 3 of everything to get the good deals. Well worth the trip, even if you want a dinner to go from the deli.

  Clean store and lots of different goodies. The bakery is great. A little over priced on some items.
