  The staff was standing around, starting at their phones, or acting like they were working, blatantly ignoring us standing there waiting to order. We were the only customers in the entire place (drive thru included.) Finally after being ignored for nearly 3 minutes, we placed a mobile order. Only after that were we asked if we needed something. We informed that a mobile order was placed, and staff member walked off without saying a word. They continued to ignore us, and when we asked where our order was, said they never received it. (And, yes, we ordered from the correct restaurant through the app.) Then they tried to blow us off by saying we needed to get a refund through the app. In the end we wasted 20 minutes and got no donuts. The staff here is beyond rude, and we will never get donuts, coffee or anything else from this location again.
