Once I had to back up, I will drive out of my way to not go to this Dunkin'. I think they need to hire other people. Because the other Dunkin's, I don't have this issue.
- WSW. S.May 24, 20261.0I made a right into this Dunkin from Prospect and was immediately cut off by a van who turned left from 24 and decided to speed into the drive through without hesitation. LOL, the white stop line is clearly optional. Not off to a great start. Pulled into the drive through behind the van and realized this was going to take forever, so I got out of line, parked, and went inside. Well... turns out the staff doesn't even acknowledge customers coming into the establishment at 6:10AM (my bad I guess for expecting anyone to take my order there). I had to get back in my car and get back in the drive through line. I tried to order two $6 bacon egg and cheese meals (1 with a coffee and 1 with a refresher). What I got: 1 meal with a coffee and 1 refresher. No one told me that the refresher did not come with the meal. No one told me that I was getting only one meal. So of course I'm confused that I'm only getting one meal at the window and the lady argued with me and clearly could not communicate well. She handed me the receipt to indicate that she was right. Well, the receipt is confusing. It basically shows I ordered 4 things and says meal in 3 places. She expected me to decypher the receipt while in the drive through line. I was already late because the whole experience was taking forever, so I just took my one meal and drove off. I understand the receipt now, but it would be much cleared to have 2 line items (1 meal and 1 refresher). Oh well, not a great experience and I don't think I'm going back. Good service is dead.
