- MAMesut AltıntaşJun 10, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Almost every time I come here, I’m told that the item I want is unavailable. This has happened repeatedly, including last week and again today. At this point, it’s hard to believe that these products are constantly out of stock. If certain menu items are never available, they should not be advertised. Customers come expecting to order from the menu, not to be told over and over that the products are unavailable. It feels like the staff simply doesn’t want to make certain items. Management needs to address this issue because it’s frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of customers’ time. I won’t be returning unless this location improves its service and product availability.

I have never eating at a Dunkin’ Donuts where the donuts didn’t taste fresh that early in the morning. The ladies working looked like they didn’t care and wanted to push the orders out. They put my chocolate frosted donut in with my jelly donut and it didn’t have the usual paper separating them and the frosting got stuck to the bag. Will never go to this dunking donuts again. How hard is it to serve a good donut and some old stale tasting donut. Wish I never bought it. Thank God I didn’t try a coffee.

It tasted like it had been sitting for 2 to 3 days. I decided to take a bite out of each donut, and every single one was stale. Paying $10 for six stale donuts is ridiculous. I tried calling the hotline to request a refund and file a complaint, but I was left on hold for over two hours. It is honestly a shame that Maple Donuts down the road closed, because this place was a major disappointment. We either need Maple Donuts back in this area or a Krispy Kreme nearby. If you want stale donuts, then go here. You will not be disappointed.
