Cashier at drive through was so rude and gave me quite an attitude and eye roll because I couldn't reach the pin pad to pay for my iced coffee. Plus the iced coffee tasted awful even after I asked for extra sugar and cream. She didn't give me a straw then rudely asked what I was waiting on. She needs an attitude adjustment and shouldn't be a cashier. No compassion whatsoever. Highly disappointed

It used to be my favorite - prices were better than any of the other York locations, order was never mixed up with another order, order was always ready, and quality was always consistent - I stopped in daily. Now, it’s a last resort. I place my order via the app and use the drive-thru. Drive-thru lane fits an average of 7-8 cars; I’ve been the last car and still made it through the line in under 10 minutes. Today I was in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it to the speaker. My drink was watered down and my cold foam non existent. I’ve seen a high school student-run concession stand operate more efficiently & professionally than this location is currently being run. This is my third negative experience at this location in just as many weeks, so three strikes and I’m out. I will be getting my Duncan fix at a different location from now on.

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through and this isn’t the first time that they treat me with less than basic respect I want to say that I’m not rude to workers I come here on my way to work and I don’t argue I ask calmly but at this point it’s ridiculous and it’s just not worth my time and money added the receipt picture as proof of the location
- MDMaria DJul 11, 20262.0I asked them to give me extra of the marshmallow cloud foam and add it to the bottom. I was told they can't do that. It's not hard to put foam on bottom of cup and pour the coffee on top and then add more foam to the top. Starbucks dose it with there drinks. I think I'm just going to start going back to them since they seem more confident in doing there job.
- KRKelli RhodesJul 8, 20261.0They wouldn’t take our order at loucks road Dunkin’ Donuts through drive thru because we had three separate orders the max they take is two how are u going to turn away customers that are willing to pay and I’m was an everyday customer we were stuck in drive thru there was no sign stating the max separate orders is two before entering so go to Starbucks and we did they will now be my everyday breakfast and coffee spot
