  Convenient location, friendly staff and good customer service. However, I would recommend that all employees get trained on using the app so that customers can utilize the deals and rewards. My daughter purchased a large blizzard and wanted to redeem the deal of purchasing a blizzard and getting a second blizzard for equal or lesser value. However, she was told she couldn't redeem the deal due to it expiring on 4/26/2026 however the deal was expiring today which is 4/28/2026. I spoke with the staff regarding the issue, one employee stated they didn't know how to navigate the app and the other employee stated she would try and figure it out. A couple minutes later the second employee figured it out and honored the deal so I could get the second blizzard for 99¢ As I was walking back to my vehicle I realized I was giving a small blizzard instead of a large which was probably my fault because I didn't specify the size I wanted from the beginning. So I brought it back in to get a large blizzard as the deal states you purchase a blizzard and get a second blizzard of equal or lesser value. I explained to another employee on duty and he stated he couldn't take the blizzard back but he could give me a second small blizzard which equals out to a large blizzard and I was absolutely fine with that. Great customer service👌🏿 Removed 1 star due to lack of knowledge on how to use the app.

  The place is frequently dirty and smells like cigarettes. They try to hide the smell with plug-ins but there's no hiding that, someone smokes in there often.

  Couldn't even try the place so understaffed, and the line wasnt even that bad, east york is much better
