We got the whole way down to the cheese topping and they told us they didn't have shredded cheese... none. Weird but okay...So I asked if we could do queso in replace for the Shredded cheese they "didnt have". We were told there would still be an upcharge. So we left 🤷♀️

The front line staff is really nasty and rude. As a customer they disregard you and leave you standing there to wonder without communication. Unprofessional after you spending your money.

For some reason, none of the prepared orders can sit on the shelf like they're supposed to and no one behind the counter thought it would be a good idea to communicate with irritated customers waiting in line to let them know where to pick up their orders or if they were even ready. Horrendous customer service.

Employees standing around doing nothing while I watch 3-4 wait in line to order. They have 1 teenage girl working the mobile orders at lunch time!!. She’s rushing because she has no help (despite having at least 6 other employees around her doing nothing but mess with their phones and joking around with each other). My order was given to someone else because of this rush. Then, my order was wrong once I did get it. The 3.3 rating here on Google makes sense.
