  This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. I paid for double meat and barely received what looked like half a scoop. Charging customers extra while giving such a small portion is unacceptable. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet I was rushed through the line from start to finish. The employee clearly didn’t want to be there and seemed more interested in getting me through the line than making my order correctly. Every time I tried to ask for a sauce or a side, I was cut off before I could finish speaking. It felt like they weren’t listening at all. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food while I was eating it. Between the poor customer service, tiny portions despite paying extra, and the lack of attention to food quality, this experience was completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they improve their customer service, food preparation, and attention to detail.

  Came in on 7/5/26 at 2:30pm and the place was so dirty and nasty. Literally can’t even touch a single surface. The sour cream has the consistency of water and the food area looked disgusting. They were rationing the rice- if I’m paying $20 for a bowl do not give me one scoop of rice when I ask for 2 because you’re rationing because you don’t have enough rice made. Terrible management at this location. The whole place looked like a tornado went through it. So dirty that customers asked for the rag and cleaning spray to clean the tables themselves.

  Terrible food quality! The steak was extremely dry and honestly looked more like beef Jerky. They were out of the honey chicken which is okay, but it always seems like they are out of something. The guacamole was literally dark brown, never had this at ANY Chipotle. The portions are terrible, hardly any rice or protein, but poured a ton of sour cream on my wifes bowl and was inedible. So expensive too, not worth it at all. Please dont come here!
