  I visit this location a few times a month and there is always a problem with my order. Most of the time the bowls are only half filled, warm ingredients are cold and overall quality is awful. The past 2 times I got guac, it was mostly giant chunks of avocado and both times I found avocado skin in the guac. Quality control is severely lacking here and management needs to do better.

  I placed an order and was planning to have chipotle for lunch. I arrive and my pick up order is sitting behind the counter even with me arriving 5 minutes late to pick it up. When I asked if my order was ready I received only half of it, they had forgotten my drink. I asked for it and the woman at the counter picked up a cup and while she was handing it to me I noticed that her fingers were on the inside of my cup. Gross! But I got over it assuming that they practiced safe handwashing. Then I got back to my car excited to eat my food, and I was disappointed by what I saw. My bowl was barely filled, maybe half a scoop of rice in there. I ordered the barbacoa and it was all in one big chunk in the bowl with the fat membrane still attached. Really unappetizing and a waste of money, I barely ate any of it. For a meal that costs 17 dollars I expected better.

  Slow service. 1 worker making the food and taking payment. She left the counter and made several people wait.

  So I cannot eat my bowl without Guacamole at all. I ordered 5 bowls and was going to get some chips and Queso, get down to the end of the line and notice that they didn’t have Guacamole(normally I check before hand but my boys had me distracted) but they did have a FULL container of Guacamole on the other side for online orders. So I asked them if they can just put a lil Guac in two of the bowls only. These ppl told me No with an empty store. And everyone just standing around talking and laughing so clearly they had no online orders. I’m like ‘I’m literally ordering 5 bowls in store. And I can’t get some Guac? They again told me No. I said Forget it I’ll go to the other Chipotle just a few miles up that indeed had Guac and left them 5 bowls right there. Now y’all can go head on and throw it away!!!!
