The store was super busy so there was no available employee. I sat down and waited a few minutes, then a woman walked in and checked the empty shelf and sat down too. After another few minutes an employee came out and checked with her and brought her food out from a counter in the employee area. Then turned her back on me as I was standing right next to her. I had yell after her to get her attention at which point she brought my food out where it had been sitting on a counter in the employee area, presumably getting cold, the whole time. Completely inexcusable. If the app says pick it up from the shelf, put it on the shelf. If I need to check in with an employee, the app needs to say that and an employee needs to be available.

We just went today and we asked for steak, she barely gave us anything and so we asked for more. She added 1 literal piece of steak in. We asked for double rice and got normal portions. It’s not how it used to be. You shouldn’t be walking away after paying 40$ for two bowls and not even having the bowl filled up. It’s just disappointing.
