You expect people to get a key for your restroom but no soap, no toilet paper, no paper towels and the place was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen at any establishment. Your policy is bathroom access to customers only, I’m glad I waited to order anything till after I used it so so disgusting and would never order anything from here. The entire establishment is a dirty as the bathroom. This is a HELL NO FOR ME! YUCK! 🤮

I was told yes, I asked if they sold birthday cakes, again I was told yes. When I inquired about the price range I was told "im too busy to check" I said excuse me, she said "im too busy right now to check the prices". Wow, I said well you just lost my business and she hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager. She stated, I am the manager. I hope the franchise owner knows his/her manager needs some training in customer service. I called corporate. In times like these, you need to value your customers and count your blessings.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
