  ​I received an email for the Monday $9 baker’s dozen deal and decided to stop by this afternoon. Walking in, I was met with the USUAL—zero greeting. I’ve come here 2-3 times a month, and the consistency of their rudeness is actually impressive at this point. ​When I asked about the $9 deal, the cashier flat-out told me they were "out of bagels" because it was near closing time. I must be a medical miracle, because despite being told they were out, my eyes clearly saw over three dozen bagels in 4-5 different varieties sitting right there in the showcase. Apparently, the staff thought I was blind. ​When I pointed out the very visible bagels, the attitude shifted. "Are you a member? It’s not $9 if you’re not a member," they barked. How exactly do they think I knew about the Monday deal if I wasn't a member? Usually, businesses try to invite people to join their programs, not use it as a weapon to drive them away. ​To top it off, the second staff member by the showcase didn't bother with a hello either. Her first words were a snappy, "What you want?"—as if my presence was a personal insult to her day. When the QR code wouldn't scan, the cashier was huffing and puffing with deep sighs like typing in a phone number was a Herculean task. ​If you’re having a bad day, I get it. But if you’re miserable every single time I visit, maybe customer service isn't the right career path? Please let me know which days the staff are actually in a good mood, so I can schedule my visits around their precious feelings. Until then, I’ll take my money somewhere that doesn't treat paying customers like a nuisance.

  Staff is extremely rude and seemed to bothered to do their job. The angry woman working the register should find a new line of work. This is the second unpleasant interaction with her. Very off putting.

  Kim H. Knows my order is gets it started as soon as she seems me walking in the door. She takes her time to get to know the customers and takes pride in her job. I love coming in to talk to her while having a delicious meal! Kim deserves a raise and promotion! Employees like her are the reason why we keep coming back! The bagels are always fresh and I love the variety of smears. Even though I stick to my usual, I have tried them all at one point! The frozen mocha coffee is also delicious!
