  Good prices, decent service, digusting place. Waiter forgot to give me my soda and there was bugs crawling on my feet and flies getting in my food.

  First issue was parking, absolutely no place to park Second issue was the food, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries- lettuce and tomato where falling apart and limp burger was tasteless and dry and the fries where stale like they sat out for a day and where refried Thrid issue was at checkout, my bill was $30.99, I handed her 40$ and she gave me a penny back and kept the other $10 like she was entitled when she was nowhere near our table only at the front....bottom line if you want this kind of thing it's there but if your looking for better food and a more quality staff look elsewhere as I will not be returning

  I’m so let down with this place.. it’s even more sad that it could be 5 stars if their staff just paid attention to detail which IS what 95% of their job is! a member from my job buys me food here multiple times a week. It started about seven months ago. I was ordering literally 2-3x A WEEK!! Spending AT LEAST $50+ on food each time!!, I would literally order a cheese omelette, chicken ceasar salad no shaved cheese at all, dressing in the side, extra dressing, some variation of a chicken ceasar wrap or buffalo chicken wrap b/c side, breaded cauliflower flower bites, fries/waffle fries w/SIDE of gravy/EXTRA gravy.. ( do we see a pattern??🤔 everything is asked to be on the side ALWAYS..??) also did I mention i was ordering at least 2-3x a week!!! For MONTHS! The first 2mths were perfect!so good loved it couldn’t get enough.. I’m not from the area so this was a new place to me..fast forward those 2mths. They literally gave me a salad w/one type of ceasar dressing it was like a store bought looking vinegrette ceasar, then they gave me 2 tiny little not even half full side cups of a WHITE CREAMY CEASAR. Which is what I normally ALWAYS received there since ordering here.. my chicken was also probably half the portion is usually was.. on top of that my gravy was all over my fries my blue cheese all over my wrap they didn’t even give me any sides which we paid extra for to get.. ( thanks for receipts) so many things wrong.. I thought ok out of the blue maybe weird new cook maybe cooks having an off day maybe not even cooks fault maybe whoever took my order didn’t write it down correctly idk!!! Nope I ordered again not once.. not twice not even 3x… I am on SIX…. 6… 6 TIMES NOW I AL TRYING TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS A CHANCE and the benefit of the doubt bc that’s how much I loved the food when it’s actually made correctly… I tried to be so simple today & order my salad no cheese, dressing on side & I specified TWO OR THREE EXTRA DRESSINGS.. I got my cauliflower & just fries with a SIDE OF GRAVY AND EXTRA GRAVY ON THE SIDE… omg do you think they got anything right.. even 1 thing!??? You guessed it… NOPE!!! I have a ceasar salad with a large thing of white creamy dressing and a tiny little small side of EXTRA dressing that is a friggen VINEGRETTE!!! They don’t even taste remotely similar in taste or texture… like wth!!!!🤦🏼‍♀️ I got no ranch for my cauliflower bites at all and their like half burnt and cooked super uneven while others are soggy from the styrofoam they put them in while giving me tin for other stuff that’s not even hot.. and my fries are COVERED IN GRAVY so much gravy I can’t even fork up one or use my finger without the fry ripping n dripping.. why even give me extra on the side.. you gave me enough to cover 3 orders of fries all over my order.. I can legit put my finger in the tin and it comes up to the first crease/ line in my knuckle .. You’re a restaurant. Your job is literally listening & catering to people, this isn’t a one off & I’m coming here.. I’ve tried & tried & tried to re order & retry their food the SAME EXACT FOODS I MIGHT ADD… to try & let them make some sort of redemption of their mistakes I still can’t figure out who to blame..? The person taking my order.. or the one suppose to be reading it & make the order correctly. Both? Are they doing it what they think is correct or do they not know how to read… I’ve messaged on Facebook about this, I’ve tried to call when it first happened & could reach anyone & I DO NOT SEND FOOD BACK!! Not that I even could, someone gets it for me at my job! But, I don’t have orders remade w/a nice side of god knows what, no thanks!! I’ve seen far too many tv shows and movies to make that mistake so I will certainly let you know your mistake but I’m not sending my food back I’d rather pay &never come back or walk out than return my order.. again, comes down to knowing & doing your JOB you CHOOSE to be at & have CORRECTLY.. you job is LITERALLY giving people what they ask for 🤦🏼‍♀️ ..officially done! Won’t be back!! Sad every bad review bc of staff not food!
