  Tonight, (Sunday) I shopped around 10pm at Wynnewood and the store was orderly. The staff was friendly and I assumed I would have to use self- checkout until these 2 young men arrived at the register and said they would do it. It really made me happy. We talked about the price of gas, pumping your own etc. Then we talked about birds because I purchased birdseed. I do not know their names. Much appreciated.

  Ill only step foot in this location again if its an emergency. Last time I was there the floors were a mess and I saw a mouse scamper in the bread aisle. Went to customer service and told them. Guy said he would tell his manager. But I agree. Seems like the employees just stand around. I was up in Plymouth Meeting and that store was spotless and the employees were working. Night and day.

  I have been buying your 8 piece baked chicken for years and when I was unpacking my chicken today there was only 7 pieces of chicken. From now on I will have to count the pieces every time. You would think that whoever was packing the chicken pieces would know how to count to 8!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed after all of these years.

  Had what I needed when other surrounding stores didn't. The price of dog food is through the roof. But not so bad here.

  We had an online pickup ("Giant Direct") order for 1:00 PM onwards and when we arrived at 1:20 to pick it up, we called in and they said they were finishing it up late, apologized, and said it would be maybe 20 minutes more and they'd call us. We went off and did some errands expecting to get a call, but no dice, so we called again at 2:10-2:15 PM and they sounded confused, said it would be maybe ten minutes more. Someone came out to our car, asked who we were, apologized, and went back inside. Sometime around 2:35, a representative came out with a few barely filled bags, but very clearly not even close to our full order. The order was missing many of the items we ordered (several of which the representative claimed were out of stock despite being *visible from the front window*) and included several items we did not order. The whole process was a complete waste of time and money -- we would have very literally gotten what we wanted faster, cheaper, and more completely if we had done it ourselves.
