The management is doing a fine job, and I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Joey H., who was working around that 6 o'clock pm shift. The staff was courteous and very professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I actually felt safe dining inside. I understand this location has been there for roughly two years, and the place was immaculate, as if it just opened. We simply enjoyed ourselves and our food, and we'll definitely return to dine there again.

So the you woman who ended up arguing with my mom over the toy got sent home. Last time ever going to this location. Should out to Mahogany B and Michelle for helping my family and I and providing some type of customer service. They both were great, polite, and kind. Human decency and kindness.

I pulled into the drive-thru right at 8:00 a.m. There was another car on the other lane placing their order, which was completely fine. Once they were done, I sat there for about six minutes saying “Hello?” multiple times, trying to see if anyone was there to take my order, but nobody responded. After waiting that long, I figured maybe the speaker wasn’t working, so I switched over to the other drive-thru lane. The second I moved over, an employee responded to the lane I had just left and started taking the order of the car that pulled up behind me. It was incredibly frustrating. I waited patiently, got completely ignored, and then watched the next customer get helped immediately. A simple acknowledgment like, “We’ll be with you in a moment,” would have made all the difference.
