Slow rude and unprofessional. No one had a sense of urgency except the people trying to get their food to go home.

I wanted to share something that has been on my mind. I truly appreciate that your business recognizes and supports law enforcement and our military. They absolutely deserve our respect and gratitude. At the same time, I hope you’ll consider extending that same recognition to firefighters and EMS personnel. Your location is surrounded by fire stations, including Elkins Park, Cheltenham, and the Philadelphia Fire Department. We visit your establishment regularly, both on and off duty, and many of us are loyal customers. When someone calls 911, firefighters and EMS respond to medical emergencies, fires, vehicle accidents, rescues, hazardous materials incidents, and countless other emergencies. We are there every day serving the same communities your business serves. We’re not asking to be placed above anyone else. We’re simply asking to be included. A small discount or acknowledgment for firefighters and EMS would show that our service is valued just as much. We appreciate everything you do for the community and hope you’ll consider recognizing all first responders equally. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering our perspective.

They list items on their menu that they do not have. I wanted to grab a cup of coffee on the way to work. They do not have regular coffee, but they list it on their menu.

So I went in here a couple of weeks ago and have been sitting on whether or not to write about My experience. But after going in this morning, I’m definitely writing about my experience at this location. First off I got up early because I had a doctors appointment and I wanted to sit down and enjoy a breakfast before heading to the doctor. I always look forward to the chicken burrito, breakfast with coffee and hashbrowns but after waiting in line, I was told they don’t have coffee This completely ruined my entire morning to be honest with you. It’s bad enough that the entry doors look like a crime scene. They are always filthy and the people working there aren’t the friendliest. A couple of weeks ago I also waited in line for about 15 minutes before somebody helped me when I finally did get up to the counter Just to find out, they don’t have milkshakes. I think a sign on the door would’ve been helpful and would have saved me the wait. This location is so convenient to my home. It’s just so disappointing because I am a huge fan and this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I ended up, leaving not once but twice with absolutely nothing.

They gave my food away when Uber Eats arrived. I had to wait an hour for another driver. My Uber Eats ordered was cancelled and I had to drive over to the new Chik Fil-A at Cedarbrook Plaza to order at drive thru. I wish Uber Eats would pick up at this one! I never go to that one anymore Cheltenham anymore.
