  Placed my order online and did not realize it was set to counter pick up and staff refused to hand me my bag of food through the drive through and made me come in RIDICULOUS and then I go inside and all the staff with long hair and not one of them had a hair net on and the girl working the French fries had pony tails hanging down behind her knees with no hair net 🤢

  Every time I order a McDouble, I get no fricken pickles. I didn’t say “no pickles.” Genuinely it’s an assembly line. It’s not hard.

  I took my son here today for a Mario Happy Meal. On the way in his head was bumped on the door handle. A very kind man, who was likely the manager brought him some ice in a bag without us even asking and checked on us later on as well. He also brought our food to the table. Our order was correct and we had a great lunch dining inside. With customer service almost non existent these days, this man is a gem of an employee. While I didn't catch his name he had glasses and a cross tattoo on his forearm.

  I didn’t even get to order my food. It’s 2am & i’m eating for someone to come to the speaker & take my order. No one comes. I pull up to the window & a bald work & a girl with a ponytail aren’t even acknowledging that someone is at the speaker or window for at least 10 minutes.
