  Started to register for 20 minutes they were not busy at all they acted like I wasn't even there I walked out one never go back again that's the one in Wind Gap Pennsylvania

  I visited the Arby’s in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania on Thursday, August 27,2026 at approximately5:10 PM. I ordered two large Cheesesteak combo meals and spent over $40. The fries were good and the drinks were fine, but the cheesesteak sandwiches were absolutely terrible. I was extremely hungry because I hadn’t eaten all day, yet I couldn’t even finish half of my sandwich because it tasted so bad. The cheese completely overpowered the meat, and the overall flavor was awful. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. I spoke with the employee who assisted me, a heavier-set young man with a mustache, and explained that I wasn’t happy with my sandwich. He apologized but simply said, “That’s how they come.” He did not offer to replace the sandwich, suggest another menu item, or make any effort to resolve the situation. After spending over $40, I expected someone to care enough to try to make things right. Instead, I left hungry, frustrated, and very disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve both the food quality and the customer service.

  Used to be decent but there have been consistent food quality and inventory problems here. Basic items out of stock every time I try to come here, cold food that has clearly been sitting for hours, taste of rancid oil. Take your money elsewhere.

  Not more than an hour ago I was out for supper. The roast beef lukewarm, the french fries had way too much salt on them. They had no Coca-Cola in the fountain. No ketchup or any of their sauces in the big dispenser. They had no turnovers. And a few other items that they claim their distributor hasn't been bringing them. I do believe that it's not as much an issue with the people who are actually working as it would the person owns the place. How hard can it be to call corporate and tell them you're not getting your deliveries.

  I don’t understand why this Arby’s always has a wait. Then gets the order wrong when nobody else was there. I’m not going to even waste anymore time writing anything else. They seem so incompetent they may not comprehend how to even read this review.
