  terrible service. took my card to the back and was facetiming during whole transaction. never going to return to this location. took me 20+ minutes to get thru the drive thru. and they forgot my milkshake

  I came to pick up my order through the drive-thru, and they handed me a drink carrier with one of the plastic lids already torn. The soda ended up spilling all over my car, which was extremely frustrating. What disappointed me even more was that no one apologized or offered to fix the situation. I had to specifically ask them to replace the damaged lid myself. Accidents happen, and I understand that, but I expected at least an apology and some basic concern after their mistake left the inside of my car covered in soda. Really disappointing experience.

  Always incorrect orders, slow service, impossible to get a hold of if you’re parked in a service bay, no one answers the phone. Absolute trash joke of a location. You should just close.

  Stopped by the drive thru for a two drinks and two pretzels. A woman took my order and told me to pull forward to the next window. I pulled up to the window and not a soul was in sight. For five minutes I sat there wondering if anyone was even inside. Eventually a kid comes out of a back room kicking a box, we make eye contact, he ignores me. Never comes to the window, never accepts my payment. After 8-10 minutes I drove away. Two drinks and two pretzels should be an easy in and out for Sonic. And the last post about someone serving a customer a McDonald’s sandwich with a bite taken out of it is absolutely despicable. The people working here must be making lower than minimum wage to not give a single shit. Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to and they always talk about working to improve their staff - it’s been open for years and it’s just as terrible if not worse than they were on day one. This location is giving Sonic a terrible reputation!

  Waited over 15 minutes as the only car in the drive through. I only got a large drink and 2 simple ice creams. The ice creams were both wrong and the toppings stopped after an inch, the rest of the ice cream was plain vanilla untouched. They also gave trash customer service. The one lady had her entire lower back out. That's fine, but not in the resturant business. Cover yourself. 🙄🙄 Overall a waste of $18 and I probably wont go to a Sonic again.
