  It's a big store. I shop here mainly for fresh veggies. The store has a tall roof with lots of lights and that gives inviting atmosphere

  GIANT DIRECT - Willow Grove PA Negative experience on 6/11/26 when ordering online. Would love to know what is going on with GIANT’s online Delivery software? In order of priority, I’ll begin with the following: • glitches in software? After my order was delivered on 6/12/26, little by little I began remembering at least 5 food items I absolutely placed in Cart that somehow did NOT make it into their system, so that their team could view them! ! These were FOOD items I needed for my family! I know for certain the glitch was not on my end, as I have the latest (software) version iPhone. • Careless (?) mistakes with honoring their SALE PRICES: I purchased numerous items on sale, clipping the correct coupons, as instructed. Yet, when all was said and done, on the final receipt emailed to me, I observed that I was charged the original price! Called Customer Service (CS) on 6/12. CS agreed it was their error, and I was issued a credit. In addition, a BOGO offer was not honored either. Shoppers beware - sharing so that other shoppers will not experience this. This should not be happening. GIANT, do better - please be thorough and honor your sale prices.

  It's an ok location. I can usually find many of my needs here. Sadly, the salad bar has increased in price, now $8.99 a lb. (price increase...what else is new? SMH) Little bit picky, but TWO items that this location does not have, but all the other Giant's near this area (Roslyn, Huntingdon Valley, Horsham, etc) are the Stella D'oro Coffee Treats Anisette Sponge AND Anisette Toast! They have other Stella Dora cookies, but never these two for whatever reason. I always have these with my coffee in the morning. But if I need to pick them up, I literally have to change my Giant location to get them. Can the Willow Grove location PLEASE add these in stock?? Also, I will ALWAYS go to the cashier with a human checking out my items. The self-checkout makes me insanely agitated. The screen, voice always telling me to "place your item in the bagging area" - when it already is, then freezes up and has to get an employee to reset it drives me absolutely nuts! Worst self-checkout experience ever.
