The employee working behind the counter was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he showed a terrible attitude and treated me with absolute disrespect. This is a clear case of poor staff training and a complete lack of basic decency toward customers. Someone with this kind of behavior should not be working in service or dealing with the public. Management seriously needs to address the staff's conduct because this kind of toxic attitude is ruining the establishment's reputation and driving regular clients away. Completely unacceptable and zero professionalism.

The worst part is that when I go to the counter to resolve the issue, they tell me they don’t understand English. It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing.
