Food is great, no complaints in that aspect. Biggest issue is by far wait times as many reviews noted. That said it’s a new store in a new area so wait times are going to be long, just like any business that’s new and hyped up or doing some promotional event that draws crowds. That said I am still giving the service 2 star because while I think others are rating unreasonably with 1 star overall due to wait times, a lot of the backlash could have been solved with some transparency or warning on the app of the much longer wait times. On the app the status saying it’s cooking or saucing when it hasn’t been shouldn’t also be happening. People who use app may leave based on the time they say it will be done or when it says it being cooked. For others to leave when it’s on those status just to get there and figure out you got another hour wait is a bit unreasonable. I will also give a fair note though that it may be HQ not the local store controlling the app. That said if able fix wait times or be more up front of actual wait times via app and a 4/5 easy. Nothing is 5/5 in my eyes unless it is 110% perfect

Don't order unless you want to wait 45 minutes. You have every employee running around not knowing what they are doing. Williamsport did not prepare enough workers for this. It's a mad house, just get something local instead to save your time and money. It's really not worth it when the bars got better service and better wings, and they dont wear gloves 🤢
Placed a small mobile order for pickup. Placed the order at 5:30pm for a 6:45pm pickup time.
We showed up at 7:00pm, we were told 45 more minutes. So we left and came back. When we arrived at 7:45pm, we were told it would be 45 minutes. AGAIN. Requested a refund (which our receipt just got put in a stack, the manager would not issue it right away) and left. Will never be back again.

This is my honest review whenever you decide to go to the new location expect that there’s a waiting period, but also remember to remind them if everything is in your bag if you’re taking a takeout. Overall, the food is delicious. They try to go above and beyond to be hospital, and they try to work with you. I’m in love with the voodoo fries and garlic Parmesan wings I love the flats. But I can understand this is a new location. They are going to be very busy and it does take a little time until they adjust to the order sliding out a little quicker. Overall, I give them a five stars.

The service was terrible. We went on Wednesday, September 16th, and were very hungry, but the cashier didn't even bother to tell us there was a one-hour wait; I had two starving children with me—had I known, I wouldn't have ordered. After an hour, we brought the food home, and we all woke up with upset stomachs the next day. On top of that, the cashier who helped us wasn't friendly at all; he seemed exhausted. Whenever people walked in, he would shout "Welcome," but the way he yelled and the look on his face made it feel anything but welcoming. You could also hear the staff complaining about being hungry, and it seemed like he couldn't control the situation, as many people were complaining about the long wait times. Oh, and at one point, the cashier went to get supplies—apparently to clean the restrooms—and started playing around with the toilet brush right there in front of everyone... it was really gross. Honestly, I left there stressed out, and the food didn't agree with me either... $46 wasted.
