Ordered a large cheese pizza. The pizza was very overcooked, charred and incredibly difficult to chew. Flavor of the sauce and toppings was good but hard to enjoy with the burnt, hard crust. The overcooking made the pizza so dry that you could barely bite through it. The woman that answered the phone to take the order and presumably the same that poked her head out from the kitchen during the pickup behaved like customers are an annoyance. Not helpful, not welcoming in the slightest. I wanted to be able to give Vinnie's 5 stars. Years ago, I used to order from them weekly. I loved the food. I moved away, came back. The food and service are not the same I've given Vinnie's 4 attempts over 5 years to get it right. Every time, they've burnt the pizza and there's always some attitude by female staff at the pickup. My significant other doesn't like Vinnie's-for these reasons- and it's a battle to get him to agree to pizza from there at all. Once again, I'm to blame for last night's unsatisfying pizza order. After multiple, spaced out attempts to put Vinnie's back into my takeout rotation, it's a huge fail. I cannot recommend this place and I do not recommend those staying in nearby hotels to take a chance on this unsatisfying pie. If you like NY style pizza, Joe's or Venice are your best bets. Old School is only good if you can eat it while it's hot (same as this pizza. As it cooled, it became inedible.)

Incredible pizza. We got the pepperoni and it was awesome. Traditional foldable pizza. Location was nice and the servers were very good.

Pizza was great (reminds me of pizza back home in North Jersey) and service was a 10/10 and very reasonable prices! My kids who are picky eaters also loved the pizza! This place was recommended by staff at our hotel - it was only a 8 min walk from the Hampton Inn. I would definitely return when visiting the area!

I literally drive just under 3 hours to see my girlfriend but it is 100 percent worth making the trip because I get to have the best pizza on the east coast from Vinnie's I have been there a bunch of times and there consistently with the pizza is perfect I tell everyone I know if you ever go up to Williamsport that Vinnie's Italian eatery is the first place you need to stop for food hands down the best pizza I ever had in my life
