  Absolutely best taco bell experience I have ever had in my life. Food was fast, hot, crispy, and amazing. Workers were friendly, kind, and looked like they wanted to be there. Will def reccomend this taco bell to anyone passing thru the williamsport area!!

  The absolute worst place to get food, can’t read a damn order to save their lives, how the hell do you mess up an ENTIRE order? You mixed all the orders together, didn’t give us the right sides at all. If you can’t do it right find someone else to help you, it’s not that hard. I did the same damn job and NEVER had a customer upset as I am with this issue.

  I took my granddaughter to Taco Bell expecting a quick and enjoyable meal together, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After placing and paying for our order at the kiosk, we looked for a table and found that although only a few tables were occupied, most of the available tables were dirty. Because the dining area wasn’t clean, we decided we would rather eat in the car and asked the employee at the counter if our order could be changed to “to go.” We then waited approximately 35 minutes with very little communication. When I asked about our order, I was told it should be ready soon. Later, after hearing my name, I checked again and was told they still did not have the order ready. At that point, I requested a refund. I will say the manager handled the situation politely and refunded my money without any issue, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience felt disorganized, and it seemed like drive-through customers were being prioritized over dine-in customers. Sadly, what should have been a simple outing with my granddaughter turned into such a negative experience that she says she doesn’t want to go back to Taco Bell again.

  4/11/26 I waited 30 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window they said there was an additional 25 minutes wait for food with no explanation or apology. I drove off. Absolutely ridiculous!! Several people inside just watched as cars pulled up. I’ve never had this experience at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. It was only 11 o’clock and they were more worried about closing and cleaning the lobby instead actually paying attention to customers and getting orders out the window. It was NEVER like this before, i don’t know what happened to this place but whatever it is, it’s not good.
