- OAOtmane AatikMay 3, 20261.0This is probably the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s always the same disappointing experience. The chicken is often undercooked and comes in large, uneven chunks. The veggies are poorly prepared, with big sloppy pieces, and don’t seem properly cleaned. Everything feels rushed and thrown together without care. On top of that, the food is bland and tasteless. It honestly feels like the staff don’t like their jobs. The cashier and the server both came across as rude and unhappy, which made the whole experience even worse. We won’t be coming back.

- KHKevin HillApr 12, 20262.0This place ALWAYS gets my families orders wrong. ALWAYS. I've lived in this area for 3 years as every single time we order for pickup they get it wrong. They fail to give us drinks, wrong order completely, order two of something and only get one, ask for no rice or no cheese and they add it anyways. It's like they do whatever they please and I'm stuck paying for whatever they throw together. Even standing there watching them make the food, they make it wrong. Have to correct them multiple times. I'm not saying anyone is stupid but how hard is it to read items off a list and put them on a tortilla... I would drive out of my way to go to a different Chipotle but unfortunately it's the only one in 30 miles or so and that is really unfortunate. Food is decent but it's ALWAYS WRONG.
