  I do not understand how this Subway is able to still operate. I used to live close by to this location and I have been a patron of Subway my whole life. The woman who I assume is the owner/operator is one of the most pushy people I have ever met in my life. She basically wants to make the sub for you and dictate what you put on it. She pushes for ingredients you don't want and when you say no she argues with you. I'm a guy who likes almost every ingredient offered on my Italian BMT and there have been several times where she will start closing and attempting to wrap my sub after putting a pinch of lettuce and tomato without asking if I want any additional toppings. She once what I could only refer to as "bullying" my girlfriend into getting one of their new sauces on her sub, which she eventually agreed to because things were getting very awkward and the owner was not letting up. We avoid this location at all costs. The San Souci location is amazing so just go there.

  WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SO WEIRD ON TOP OF BEING SO RUDE ? WHY IS THE LADY PUTTING SO LITTLE FOOD [ LETTUCE ] ETC ETC ON A SALAD... LITERALLY PINCHING WITH HER FINGERS AMOUNT OF FOOD ... SAME FOR THE MEAT . WHY WEIRDO BEHAVIOR ? THIS IS SUBWAY!! ? EVERYTHING COST 10$ OR MORE NOW . WHY BE RUDE AND PUT SO LITTLE FOOD ? GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE WORKING THERE . IMMEDIATELY!

  If you go to order here, expect them to PUSH using a credit card. For some reason the woman there said the money we attempted to use( fresh from a bank) came up as 'no good, no good' from her testing it. Her back was turned, but no 'test' of any kind was noticed, as she simply held it, turned back around, and made the claim. NOW I see this as one more reason this strangely lacking in customers place holds the ranking as the WORST of the worst. I was only the driver, NOT the one who ate the final product...they decided to use a credit card to shut her up as she was yakking on and on. The purchaser was a semi-regular she recognized, did some chit chat. If it were up to me, I would have driven off and left her holding the bag, so to speak, and I would NOT trust the freshness of the sub.

  Don't bother trying to call the phone number listed. It's just decoration and nobody will answer. I tried calling them over a period of 45 minutes about an order placed by mistake through GrubHub. Nobody ever picked up, but the order was completed lightning fast so GrubHub refused a refund. I'm still trying to call them but the phone is probably unplugged or on mute. I can't even drive to the location as it is over 2.5 hours away.
