    My wife spoke with Liz about the promotional Eagle Cup on 6-27. After a week of medical issues with a family member, to say Liz made her day, would be an understatement. And BTW, love that I get fresh brewed Midnight, when I stop in. 👍👍

    Who ever takes the orders for the drive thru was absolutely ignorant and rude and when asked if I could have the name of the girl that took my order that person became very rude saying for there safety they cant release names . So I have no names an once I asked they refused me my order an tossed my 20 at me. I never in my life would ever treat anyone the way they treated me . They should be ashamed of themselves !!!! The dunkin down the road on 309 have the most wonderful staff take the extra few minutes to drive a mile down the road its worth it. The customer service there is top tier compares to 315....!!!!!

    Was there this morning to get a couple coffee and a couple dozen doughnuts and I walked in and the two girls behind the counter just stood by the drive thru window talking and the one made a ice coffee for herself looked at me and went and ignored me and started talking to the other girl about there night,I ended up walking out after standing at the counter for over 10 minutes and I was the only one there no cars in drive thru

    Today I encountered a worst experience ever. I was inside the store around 9: 45am. Liz/Elizabeth who made the food was extremely aggressive, rude and combative. I ordered a $6 dollars meal and was waiting for my order patiently. She aggressively turned around and spoke with me, what was I waiting for. I responded. She then proceeded to aggressively tell me...well I dont have it. Ok... I looked over at Jamie on the register, who was obviously new and overwhelmed to correct the order. She replaced the order and did her best to correct the issue. I waited, got croissant egg and cheese but no hash browns. I looked in the bag, inquired, so Liz/Elizabeth threw hasbrowns from another bag into mine. And again started talking loudly and rudely calling me sweetheart!!! This is a Sunday, store was empty and I did not come here to argue! I told her dont call me sweetheart but she continued to get louder and louder and repeatedly called me sweetheart. I asked for a manager, there was someone who identified herself as an assistant manager and did not correct the issue or apologize and would not give me her name. Piece of advise for customer service, employees and assistant manager; you do not raise your voice, yell at the customers or call them sweetheart sarcastically. I patiently waited, did not approach or yell. I am a professional in a leadership role, and need you to address this. Coach Liz and assistant manager how to speak with customers. If you are having a bad day, dont bring it to work. Unacceptable!!! I will reach out to general manager tomorrow to address. Please have your employees coached how to speak and what not to say or do! Thank you.
