  Rude staff who don't even look at you if you're in the building. Worst Dunkin in the Wilkes-Barre area.

  After taking all the ice out of my drink, this is what was left. The employees seem to think this is funny, when it's actually disgusting. This location is an absolute joke.

  Half the time the drinks are not worth my money. And I have to get them remade. We are all spending roughly $4 for a coffee. With all dunkin donuts in the area, they need to get retrained on making coffee accurately. I have to go into dunkin donuts every time I go there, just in case my iced coffee has to be remade. Which is most of the time. When the drains are made correctly, they are good. And that's why people go to dunkin' donuts, because they are good when they're made correctly. Corporate really needs to do something with these Dunkin' Donuts all throughout the valley because they suck. You go out of the valley, the Dunkin' Donuts are way better. Obviously nobody cares about reviews, but corporate really needs to do something. And retrain their employees in this area. It's very important to be consistent

  My mother and i stopped here earlier today and had the displeasure of meeting a Deanna. She was working drive thru and she was very rude and nasty. To the point i just drove off. I bust my azz for my money, so to come to a place and feel rushed or made to feel like a bother is terrible. I called the store because i felt so disrepected and i needed a reason. I spoke to a Nick very nice man he listened apologized and thats all he could really do. I drove off i wont spend my money there. Deanna is the district manager, which shocked me. she could have been under staffed (no one was in line before me or after me) but i think a recoaching in customer service is needed. Don't get to high up the food chain and forget your manners doooo better. Thanks Nick
