My husband brought the salads back to the hotel and there was no dressing in the bag, so he had to drive back to get it. After driving all day he was not pleased!! They also had a handful of plastic ware in the bag, which we returned, because it is so wasteful. Also the tomatoes they put in the salads have no taste, making them worthless to eat. They need a new source because any time I have had a salad from them the tomatoes are tasteless.

They gave us one of the markers for our food to be delivered to our table. We waited and waited for 15 minutes and still no food. My husband went to the counter, was ignored until he finally got someone to acknowledge him. He asked where our food was and she looked around and found the bag sitting on the counter ( we were dine in not to go). He said forget it now, we've been waiting and everyone else is being served. She never apologized or anything. We did get our money back. We visit Chick-fil-A all the time, all over the place and we have never experienced service this bad. Management needs to address it.
